    Proactive monitoring and maintenance of SQL Servers for performance, security, stability, and recovery.
    Evaluation and enhancement of existing database architecture to support new features, performance improvements, upgrades, and ongoing sustainment.
    Lead efforts to design and implement changes to data models for new and existing applications.
    Development of ETL processes utilizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
    Participate in all aspects of the application life-cycle: requirements analysis & definition, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
    Learn relevant business processes and understand & manage the data flow, criticality and dependencies.
    Design and develop database infrastructure for the company’s BI needs.
    Participate in 24×7 On Call rotation.
    Creating solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer’s enterprise/global requirements


    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field of study.
    8 – 10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining SQL Server infrastructures.
    Extensive experience writing T-SQL and stored procedures and code tuning on high transaction systems.
    Experienced in Data Modeling and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
    Experienced in ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) development / data integration with external data sources and SQL Server.
    Proficient with SQL server profiler for monitoring and troubleshooting database activity and performance.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
    Innovative approach to work, constantly looking for upgrading the system to more efficient and effective new technologies.
    Demonstrate high ethical standards regarding the company’s treatment of confidential information/ policy.


    MCSA SQL c MCSA SQL certification preferred
