Your issue will be first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel. Please note that refund is only made in extreme circumstances when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.

While we are planning for refunds we check for soundness and validity of the case, while applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, then only these refunds may apply*

* Development/Post-sales operations has not yet started

* The issues with the project are beyond the scope of any rectification/resolution/fixing

* You have not violated any of our payment terms

* You have not used any of our company’s information for monetary/business benefits

* The reasons you made are valid or realistic enough to qualify for the refund process

* You have presented to us all the proofs and evidence supporting your refund claim

*Important Note: If any of the above points mentioned are found violated, then your claim will be also be considered void. Our decision on refunds is final and irrevocable. A partial may be applicable if the project is still running upon verifying all the conditions. A refund is also not applicable once the project is completed.

How the Refund takes place?

Pre-Refund

Post-Refund

  • You will be refunded back in the currency you were charged in.
